With the Sky Go app for Sky Q customers, you are free to watch all the channels, on-demand programs and recordings of your Sky Q in every room of the house on tablets and smartphones *. When you're away from home, watch your favorite programs anywhere, even without an internet connection.
The service is included for Sky Q Platinum customers.

How does the Sky Go app work for Sky Q customers?
Download the app and make sure your Sky Q is installed. When you first use it, just connect your device to the same Wi-Fi network that Sky Q is connected to to synchronize them. You can then use the app even away from home by logging in with your Sky iD.

By synchronizing the app with your Sky Q, when you are at home, you can:
- see in every room all the channels and programs on demand included in your subscription
- view and download on your device the recordings of your Sky Q from the Recordings section

When you are away from home or the app is out of sync with your Sky Q you can:
- see where you want the best channels of the Sky offer and thousands of programs on demand
- download the programs on demand with Download & Play to your device
- view recordings and on-demand programs downloaded on your device wherever you are, even without an internet connection
